'Merch Moodzz' 🧘🏾♂️ is for turning a release, tour, or idea into merch. Mainly for musicians and music-related projects.
Some projects are literally: “one shirt graphic and we’re done.”

PICK MERCH MOODZzZ + SEND THE INQUIRY

Start by filling out the inquiry form with: references, merch ideas, timelines, moodboards, or honestly anything that helps me understand the direction better :)
If you already know like: garment colors, print placements, materials, sizing/spec details, blank/reference brands, printing methods PLEASE send those too because merch gets very real very fast once it leaves the screen.
And if there’s already existing branding, logos, label notes, or visual guidelines involved, definitely include those in the inquiry form before onboarding too so everything stays clear from the beginning.

Once I review your inquiry and everything feels aligned, I’ll send over:
the contract
invoice
onboarding details
Projects can be paid either 50% upfront or 100% upfront. If you choose the 50% option, the remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.
Once the initial payment is confirmed, we’re officially good to go. From there, project updates and communication can happen through email, or whatever platform makes the most sense for the project.
I already have my own contract system built into the workflow, but if you’re working through a label, management team, or need an NDA agreement, you can share those details or documents through the inquiry form too.

DESIGN + PROJECT FLOW

Once everything is locked in and the initial payment is confirmed, the project officially begins. From there, we’ll keep everything organized through whatever makes the most sense for the project — email, Figma, or the relevant project platform.
Usually, the process goes something like:
researching the vibe → moodboarding → designing → revisions → finalizing everything 😭
Every project includes 2 rounds of free revisions so we can properly refine things before delivery.
If the project grows beyond the original agreed scope, additional requests or assets may require an updated fee and timeline.

Once the project is approved and the final payment is completed, I’ll send over: • final files • organized exports • production-ready assets • handover letter for the artwork rights
